BRANDED J STORY
It started with this question,
"What happens to animals when they make a makeup brush?"
My name is Peggy J and I was bewildered when I heard this question for the first time, I've been a hair and makeup artist for 39 years, working in the beauty, film and television industry, honestly I never gave it much thought. But it peaked my interest to find out what happens.
As I began my research, it became very apparent that what is being done is not for the faint of heart to hear or see. My mission was to find The Truth, and once I did, I had two choices. To do nothing and complain about it, or create Branded J, a Cruelty Free cosmetic company with a mission to Create Beauty That’s Cruelty Free!
Our first project was to create our Signature Brushes, NOT with animal hair, but with 100% top quality synthetic fiber called Taklon. The most versatile, durable and softest fiber on the market.

Tips on How To Use
Event Mascara!
Event Mascara is easy to use and helps you control your application, being able to use as much or as little as you want with just a squeeze of the tube. Below are tips on how to apply Event Mascara.

Start with a clean wand every application! (meaning clean your tools after each use)

Squeeze out small amount of Event Mascara to start, then add if you want more. (you control what you use, little waste)

You can squeeze Event Mascara on the top of your hand, or surface of your choice, (as long as it is easy to clean and is sanitary)

Use the wand of your choice (when you buy Event Mascara it does come with a wand, but you are in control what wand you want to use)
Event Mascara is buildable, once you get used to the product, you can enhance your lashes with precision. Not only does this add length to your lashes, but with each application of mascara more volume and drama is added to your look with every coat!

Event Mascara is Water Resistance, not Water Proof.

Its easy to remove with makeup cleanser, and a soft wash clothe or makeup wipe. (try not to sleep with mascara on your eyelashes, clean face nighty for healthy beautiful skin and healthy lashes)

TIP: after lashes are clean, add a lite smug, smear (dab) of vaseline onto your lashes nightly. Close your eyes, using your finger and add the vaseline to your lashes. (Don’t put in your eye, just on your lashes) This will add moisture to your lashes and make your lashes stronger. After washing your face in the morning you are ready to add mascara to your lashes, the mascara will just glide on, and give you a beautiful application.

Remember to wash hands! (Using Event Mascara on the top of your hand will make sure you wash your hands after applying your makeup!)
